Not only can you book flights and hotels but also buy books and CDs, gifts and even flowers (although I believe The Flower Shop in Hyde make better bouquets ;-) )
I've been using them since 1999 and are always the first place I look when I'm going away, especially for weekend breaks and nice hotels.
